The Afghan Arya Hospital consists of the following four sections;
- Management: Includes management divisions, including: Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Medical Records, etc.
- Therapeutic and Clinical: Includes the medical divisions, consisting of: Operation Room, Urology, ICU, Internal Department, Surgery Department, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Brain Department, etc.
- Para-clinical: The out of bed examinations and diagnosis including: Laboratory, Radiology, Ultrasound, Echocardiography, Dialysis, etc.
